Growing up, Gail was the primary caregiver for her aging family and friends and developed a strong fondness for elders, delivering services to them with loving kindness and respect.  Gail became an expert on the systems and processes needed to ideally serve seniors and enjoyed anticipating what they would need for additional support. Naturally evolving into helping friends and relatives, the entire process became incredibly rewarding.

With baby boomers aging and many living alone, Gail discovered a scarcity in senior professional concierge services serving this important segment. Born out of her recognition of the wide-ranging needs and wishes of her family and other seniors, Gail created Eldercare Concierge NYC.  The main goal is to provide seniors with Concierge Services to help their lives run smoother to support their independence.  One of the great by-products we discovered was the cultivation of deep personal relationships with our senior clients and enabling them to have connections with others to enrich their lives.
